We Have Fuel!

We can supply you with AVGAS. If the clubhouse is open: 10am to 4pm Sat and Sun, and when flying training is taking place, then there is no charge, but if the clubhouse is not open, then there will be a $20 call-out charge.

 VISA and Mastercard, cash or cheque are all acceptable, AMEX with a surcharge. No Diners Card.

If the clubhouse is shut then please call Ian Stevenson on 0407 442 846.

MOTION:- M Grimwood proposed that the Busselton Aero Club Constitution be amended at the following listed parts.

Seconded I Clark.

Part 7.1.1:   remove “or”

Part 7.1.4:   change “twelve” to read “three”

Part 9.1.6:   alter to read “two Directors”

Part 11.1:    add “ and two directors”  after the word “Treasurer”.

Part 11.2 and 11.3 are then redundant. To be deleted.

Part 12.10:   change to read “four” (4)

Part 13.6a:   change to “ $300”

Part 13.6b:   change to “$2000”

Part 13.6c:   change to “$2000”

Part 20:       insert correct date.

To be voted on at the next Club Meeting (Date to be announced).

The SLSWA/Westpac surf life-saving chopper crews will again be our guests in the clubrooms this year. They will be in residence from this Saturday for a short stay during the school holidays and back again in November for a longer stay.

Please make them welcome - they are doing a great job for our community!
